MARPE + Headgear with or w/o HGH

I am getting MARPE with RPHG in 3 months time and I'm wondering whether HGH has an impact on craniofacial sutures.

Some sources suggest that rHGH no impact on sutures in the skull whereas some say it improves the pliability/maleability of the sutures and would theoretically improve the results of the procedure.

There are no studies done where a patient uses both MARPE + RPHG and rHGH.

And before people say its cope, my ortho has done MARPE + RPHG 6 times and all patients have gotten 3mm or more of forward growth.

doesnt really matter as the expansion isnt coming from growth plates but the forced expansion of the bones. May help recovery other ways like better sleep quality but not directly improving surgery recovery

That's completely true but if HGH can improve my results even in the slightest I will hop on.
