But a 32mm intermolar is just high enough to not be considered syndromic. I really think if I expanded like 4-6mm I would breathe a lot better, and resonnate my voice properly in my palate.

Yes I would suggest malar implants and doing the DJS with a high cut lefort (Do it with Alfi)

My airway front to back looks similar. I did MARPE to improve breathing, it improved breathing then it went away after a few weeks when I stopped turning. I went from 34 to 39 IMW. I wore facemask at a neutral angle for 16+ hours a day for a month and when we did CBCT my maxilla didn't even advance 0.1 of a MM.. It actually recessed 0.1 of a MM which is just imaging issues, but there was no protraction.

It gave me asymmetries, my left side dropped downed and my right side didn't. the side that was barely more expanded before the MARPE took more of my the 5 MM expansion. My TMJ still existed after I finished turns.

Nothing improved except now i have a wider, crooked palate that is steered off more to one side. I'm still skeletaly class 3, with more length to my midface that I need impaction for now. My mandible also came back and moved CW which obstructed my airway more.

It was a custom marpe that was perfectly placed as well

FME people also experience asymmetries, go look into "GirlJaw!"

I ended up turning back as much as I could so I don't have that homer simpson midface/philtrum that ends up happening, and my cheekbones were already prominent but became LESS prominent because I didn't get as much posterior expansion and more anterior, my shape was conical (most people dont get posterior expansion)

Don't do it, do malar implants my nigga or filler with DJS.. you can get it covered because of your AHI too
