Guys so im getting my marpe "surgery" in on 30 september
I will keep track here of my progress
I was thinking combining it with a headgear or smth.
If anybody did or is planning to get a marpe please advice how to get maximum benefits while having it
Also does marpe affect in any way lower third or just middle
