marpe or different palate expander?

so my situation is ive got narrow palate and as a result deviated septum and narrow airways which is causing me to have eyebags, so i wonder how do i expand my palate, because people been saying that marpe had only descend people and palate expander is better, but from my own understanding only marpe can improve your zygos, infras etc

widening the maxilla isnt a efficent way of fixxing a deviated septum a septoplasty is better the maxilla usually only supports the relapse of the septum and overall structure

Depends on ur age if ur above 16. Then marpe.

Just find a good orthodontist and listen what is he saying

your septum already collapsed widening the bone doesnt fix it

The palate contributes to the collapse of the septum you are right.

BUT that does not mean it fixes it, it PREVENTS it

You sadly didn't get there in time and need the maxiliary width fixxed AND direct nose surgery
