works diff for everyone and depends on ur case so go to the ortho and do ur research

I'm doing a MASPE protocol with my ortho. Haven't started turning yet.
No point doing MARPE, Orthos only do it now because it means less chair time and supervision
MASPE in every case. You want to be able to catch asymmetries early if they form. Lessens gaps in the teeth too.
