Marpe or Mse

As a guy at 17 years of age, should i even consider getting a Marpe och mse. The reason for me wanting to get it is that I have a narrow nose that does not get enough air. The problem is that I have a wide upper palate and I don’t know if I even would be able to get a marpe without a narrow palate. Would there even be a difference to my airway if I got it or would I just look weird? Please let me know if you have any answers

Thats good. I think you need an operation for your nose rather than a marpe. Has your airway/nose been examined?
