MARPE update 5.5

Currently at 4.2MM of expansion

Honestly niggas my breathing has improved, wider palate, I like the aesthetic changes, and my breathing difficulties aren't a lateral (side to side) issue anymore

Now it's only a front to back (My maxilla is FUCKING recessed). I don't know why this nigger ortho who glazes himself on airway health NEVER showed me this part of my CBCT. But my shit is PINCHED.

And it's also been the main reason for forward head posture and anterior pelvic tilt,

I'm praying to gandy this headgear + MARPE gives me at least another 3-4 MM protraction or I'll have to do DJ


NOTE:
Anyone considering MARPE for functional reasons. Don't rely on it to fix your breathing entirely if your issue isn't just lateral, but also protraction.. You'll like need surgery eventually if you're not one of the niggas who get 3-5 MM through facemask

ive had 2 rmep plates due to my narrow plate my palate is MUCH better

Also bywthon and that one indian looking Ortho recently did a podcast

and they said headgear is cope and the 2-3MM protraction he got was likely due to the device
