MARPE update + new plans (GET IN HERE)

PART 1:

I saw Bywthon did a podcast with some indian Ortho Truthdds

They're saying how headgear is complete fucking cope in adults, and how the protraction gained in patients, is because of the MARPE

If this is true, then:
1. I'm a retard wasting my time wearing this RN
2. Allegedly you can get 2-4 MM protraction through just MARPE alone, and MORE depending on how much you expand

THIS IS FUCKING INSANE NIGGAS!

PART 2:

I've seen good results facially and with my sleep so far. But I'm now considering double jaw surgery.

At first I was scared and that's why I initially went with MARPE. But I realized that I'm a young nigga.

I could go the rest of my life as is, but why wouldn't I endure swelling for 3 months, to be FACIALLY superior to where I'm now, and have EVEN better breathing..?

My new plan:
Finish expansion (4.3MM > 6MM) > ENT work (fixing septum, and removing obstruction) > double jaw surgery with implants (implants cuz ill have internship money)

He said his patients all get forward growth from the device itself without the use of headgear that's it

and yea breathing did get better
