MARPE update

So turns out that mini gap wasn't the actual split.

This morning I woke up with the most excruciating pain and a NOTICEABLE gap between my teeth (I actually got the split now)

I'm so fucked my front teeth have bene aching all day and I can't wear my upper aligners because of the pain

Don't think anyone here is doing MARPE + Invisalign but any advice to bring inflammation/irritation down?

It's being endured like a real nigga

The teeth pain is a 5/10 and the aligners make it a 9/10 tho

i took some ibuprofen tho hopefully it does some shit

painkillers, they worked pretty well for me when I had an rpe
