MARPE update

Update I'm at 3.24 MM expansion so far.

I'm realizing while my breathing has gotten better, that the main issue for my breathing issues is my nose

I have a brutal deviated septum restricting airflow in one of my nostrils

Doing MARPE was still good in my case because my airway was a little narrow

This means when I'm done expanding I can do some ENT shit and I'll have giga oxygen

We're healthmaxxing in 2026

Have also seen some facial changes not as narrow/horse faced anymore

i can't imagine how much better it gets when i'm done expanding

Also my ortho isn't letting me do more than 8oz for elastics with my facemask so I'm waiting for some 16oz ones from ebay to come in

we're increasing the pipes diameter then removing the thing clogging to pipe so we can get the benefits
