MARPE update

Roughly at 4 MM of expansion

Some benefits I noticed:
- Wider cheekbones
- Less narrow horse face
- Nasolabial folds pretty much gone
- Better breathing (noticeably)
- Better sleep, even when I get less hours
- I feel more witty, things just come easier to me (probably cuz breathing/sleep better)
- Less anxious in social settings (probably cuz breathing/sleep better)

I haven't gotten jack shit for protraction with the headgear or MARPE yet though. It hasn't changed my nose either.

1-2 more MM to go :3 then I'll fix my nose and look into other stuff..
