I feel like my palate is very small my mouth is very small and when I talk I look really stupid because no teeth show also when I smile you can only see like my front two teeth because for some reason my others are like pushed back. I’ve already had braces so my teeth are straight. I’m thinking about asking for marpe does it seem valid?

I don’t even know how to measure but when I put my tongue to the top it is pretty much the entire thing

go to a orthodontist and request a xray of your skull and ask him if you are eligible for marpe, mark as solution

just say you saw a video online about the mouth palette and how it affects breathing and such and then you checked your own and apparently you have a narrow mouth palette so you want to consult an orthodontic to verify and start treatment if necesarry, they will be understanding probably
