try to LARP obstructed breathing and sleep apnea but honestly if your mandibular arch is just as narrow or narrower than your palate MARPE is not worth it, especially if you're gonna be using a tooth-borne device. Also, this won't resolve the recession that a narrow palate is likely to come along with. I suggest a 3 piece lefort if you're gonna LARP that shit for aesthetic purposes but idk im just some .org retard.
