What can I tell my ortho to get marpe. My palate is 39mm already so not wide but not narrow enough to get an expander no questions asked

What can I tell my ortho to get marpe. My palate is 39mm already so not wide but not narrow enough to get an expander no questions asked

Most orthos won’t give you one, you need to find an airway ortho, and just complain about breathing.

39mm isn't narrow enough for them to give one, marpe is very difficult to get
