I have a recessed maxilla , thinking about getting marpe for aesthetic purpose too… any suggestions?

marpe/maspe will NOT fix your recessed maxilla. It works by widening it, not growing forward.

Its over tbh.
Le fort 1 or cope with a flat face

Ortho is 100% giving you marpe then maybe sarpe since it's that bad:BobDance:
Any thing I should tell him or just get straight to the point that I want to get marpe because I have a narrow palate.( should I tell him I wanna get it for aesthetic purpose too?)

Nigga ima give you some cope by saying after you expand and you get the split your maxilla will be vulnerable to remodelling enough pressure with a RPFM and you can possibly get forward growth, mark it as solution this is the only possible cope other than just lefort 1 and acc fix
