Depends try and measure your palate in mm I think ideally it’s 45mm. If it’s under consider going to an orthodontist and larp symptoms like teeth feeling crowded, uncomfortable bad breathing and they should prescribe you it. But it’s usually around 4-6k

It’s 25 mm I think I really need it, my nose gets blocked easily which prevents me from nose breathing idk if it’s because of my narrow palate but I’ll visit an orthodontist and see where it goes
