Do i need MARPE? I paid for a private visit and my ortho said no to expander , just braces ( she said braces no some specific like damon ) and that braces alone will remodel my palate lol

Mom said that its becouse pn picture it will look like that cos of physisc but its not that narrow irl ? Is she coping?

It only disorts a pic slightly. Another test u can do is smile if u have only 5-6 teeth visible it likely means u have narrow palate

Teeth u mean all teeth. On top ? Or only these from front row teeth

So I shouldnt get marpe just braces when i fisnish development so retainers dont recess me? I think palate widens a little bit during growth spurt as well?

Getting a brace will only widen the teeth, not the actual maxilla. If you're fine with that braces will help you, but no bones will be moved in the upper area of your skull (lefort 2&3), only your jaw will look a little bit wider, but not that much. MARPE is only good if you're around 15, at 18 the sutura is already closed/grown together and you'd need a SARPE instead
