Yo guys, i’ve had marpe for the last 3 years, because my ortho said that he wouldn’t remove it until all of my teeth would have fallen. My marpe wasn’t active thru all of the 3 years, it was just sitting there in my mouth. I just found the “key” to reactivate it. I asked jew gpt if i should use it and it told me that i shouldn’t. Do yall think i should do it? Also how many spins daily? And i have no clue when to stop because there will be no dentist included. I need HELP ASAP (by key this is what i mean)

really weird ass situation and are you doing a fucking poll asking if you should use it or nah. Dont comment blindly to here know your stuff as well and dont only rely on peoples knowledge always so you wont get fucked when they say something wrong. Secondly depends if you should turn it. Go back to the orthodontics and if you are still in puberty and if your midpalatal suture is soft and unfused. If you are around the ages of 14 then yeah marpe is probably enough for you but if you are above probably would be better to get mse

some dumbasses here just suggest some bad things that can ruin you so dont take anybodys advice without questioning it and researching about it even mine. Since you are 13 yo with 11yo bone age marpe is good enough to widen your palate. I would suggest going back to a orthodontic and planning how you should use it to widen your palate.
