I have started getting questions about getting married from my relatives pretty frequently, dont know what to say. I dont care and I certainly have a steong opinion about having kids in this country. That would be too long of a post though. Its pretty interesting that a lot of my distant relatives have succumbed to pressure and just accepted whatever their parents found for them. There is no excitement for their partners, rather for the "big wedding day". This also exposes hidden family dynamics where arguments arise due to long standing resentments regarding a certain trait of people that is rarely seen in normal life.

Some relatives have also hinted that they dont mind if I bring home a man . They cant fathom a straight man not wanting marriage
