Which course should I join?

some stats:
-ape index is +7cm
- small wrists, but big ankles, generally bigger lower body than upper
- good explosive strength (standing wide jump almost 3 meters)
- static strength is comparable to the average gymgoer
- not very flexible
- punching my skull hurts

mma

boxing

kickboxing

wrestling

Aikido

I like muay thai :)

its not offered as a course where I live

next for me would be mma or boxing, whatever you think you might enjoy more.
It depends a lot on the place itself, there are places that half of the year they do in MMA ground work and it is very boring, and some places like 20%, the place itself is important as well, the atmosphere, the people etc. so give both a try at least for 1 lesson if you can. or just go see the environment and the people in that specific course, GL.

I was the only one who voted. Why?

hey idiot, want to be the ultimate fighter?

master BJJ, boxing, karate, and muay thai

Combining striking with grappling is ideal, boxing/kickboxing/muay thai + BJJ/wrestling is the best overall.

JUST LOL AT YOU

NO MARTIAL ARTS FOR YOUR FACE

ALSO, 50KG GUY WITH A KNIFE VS YOU AFTER 10 YEARS OF TRAININGS = YOU'RE DEAD

Bjj is the funnest and arguably the most useful. I did it for 6months last year and regret stopping

chill you fucking twink, its just for fun. Also 50kg guy would still die against my ak

jfl tbh, but they are the only legit ones ngl.

But it would work, probably. Maybe try boxing or kickboxing for a considerable period of time and once you've mastered the basics, try your hand at grappling too.

CHAD'S FUN = FUCKING GIRL YOU LIKE
you're a miserable 25yo mentalcel, maybe you should stop thinking like that, yes the world is cruel. You can still enjoy some things though

Best and no bullshit combat sports: boxing, kickboxing, bjj and mma.
These focus on your honest no bullshit 1v1 fighting, bjj not so much for punching but it's good wrestling.
I'd personally go for kickboxing or mma for most total benefit.
Will get you fit and able to fight.

In martial arts such as taekwondo, karate etc. there's unnecessary stuff about philosophy, morals and rituals that can be harmful at worst, time consuming at best.
Still much better than no training.

Krav maga is best for actual self defense, it's meant to fuck up your opponent as bad as possible aka destroy him in close combat.

aikido for Steven Seagall maxing
