I dislike most comicbook films. The Dark Knight and the first two Spider-Man films directed by Sam Raimi are the only ones I respect. Most of my favorite films are actual movies directed by David Fincher, Martin Scorsese, Denis Villeneuve, and Quentin Tarantino.

Agree/disagree. Superhero movies are pretty trash because they're predictable but I do enjoy what amazon is doing with The boys and Invincible. Basically, implementing real world stuff and deaths into it (although they're based on comics). Same goes for DC with their rated-r cartoon movies. I think the real prob is that they're trying to make stuff too family friendly so they can't implement the dark, unpredictable stuff, even if they wanted to.

I grew up with the Sopranos. I love it. Mad Men was good too. I never got to finish it though. I binge watched it for a few seasons when I was living in Inner Mongolia and came down with the worst food poisoning of my life. I had hallucinations about the show, and still can't watch it to this day without feeling sick.

I don't know man, I don't think I could sit through it. Is it Batman? I like movies with more of a psychological spin. Realistic dramas and thrillers. I don't really care for action based films except for classic Westerns, or gangster movies like City of God.
