Of the active principles listed, those with potential to stimulate hair growth (or at least indirectly contribute to scalp health and create an environment conducive to growth) are:

*With potential to stimulate or favor hair growth:*

1. *Pantenol (Pro-Vitamin B5)*: Helps strengthen hair strands, improves hydration and elasticity. Stimulates a healthy scalp, favoring growth.
2. *PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil*: A soluble version of castor oil, known for stimulating hair growth, improving scalp circulation, and nourishing hair follicles.
3. *Biotin (Vitamin B7)*: Strengthens hair and nails. Often used in hair treatments to reduce shedding and stimulate growth. One of the key active ingredients for this purpose.
4. *Tocopherol Acetate / Tocopherol (Vitamin E)*: Antioxidant that improves blood circulation in the scalp and protects hair follicles from oxidative stress.
5. *Aloe Vera Extract*: Rich in vitamins and minerals, helps reduce inflammation, hydrates, and improves scalp health. Creates a favorable environment for growth.
6. *Chamomile Extract*: Has calming and anti-inflammatory properties, useful for maintaining scalp health, which indirectly helps growth.
7. *White Tea Extract*: Rich in antioxidants, fights free radicals, and helps with scalp health.
8. *Witch Hazel Extract*: Astringent and calming, helps balance the scalp, potentially aiding in controlling shedding caused by inflammation.
9. *Coconut Glycolic Extract*: Rich in fatty acids and vitamins. Nourishes and hydrates hair strands, potentially favoring growth by strengthening the hair shaft and follicles.
10. *Cottonseed Extract*: Rich in fatty acids and antioxidants, contributes to scalp nourishment.

*Without relevant action on hair growth (more cosmetic, preservative, or stabilizing functions):*

- Water, PVP, Triethanolamine, Propylene Glycol, Vegetable Glycerin, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Polyimide-1, Disodium EDTA, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Citric Acid, Dextrin, Sodium Benzoate, Xanthan Gum, Polysorbate 20, Ceteareth-21, Potassium Sorbate, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzoic Acid, Dihydroacetic Acid

These ingredients act as vehicles, thickeners, humectants, preservatives, chelating agents, emulsifiers, or pH adjusters, and do not have a direct function in hair growth.

*If you're formulating or choosing a product for hair growth, look for effective concentrations of these active ingredients (biotin, panthenol, castor oil, etc.) and check if there's clinical evidence or studies related to the product's efficacy as a whole.*

Do you want suggestions on effective formulas or proven combinations?
My friend sent it to me, I ignored it but I just looked at it and it looks interesting. Btw I used an AI to translate it into English

I was going to buy castor oil anyway, and I saw that this came in the formula and a few other things. And the price is low

As long as it doesn’t have alcohol in it, it’s a good serum.
Are you getting an eyelash curler aswell? It’s a mogger combo.

Yeah it’s great.

Bur an eyelashes curler should last for a couple of hours. I do it very morning and it stick for the whole day. You just need to curl it a bit hard (not too much because it will look gay) and it should stay that way for the whole day.
