Mascara on undereyelash or overeyelash?
Saw a thread that said undereyelash.
I put on over-eyelash.
Which one.

Applying from underneath will give a fuller but more subtle look. On the other hand if you want it to be visible I would say upper or both. Grow them out naturally though, frauding is temporary
