I'm not sure I'll be suplexing anybody anytime soon like @BearBoy but it helps in picking up/carrying the kids everyday. Is it a niche thing or is it a universal mogger quality?

its good brat but wrestling is also very good for your back try some exercises, push ups are good aswell.

Just remember to combine calisthenics and bodybuilding together they are very good

its good brat but wrestling is also very good for your back try some exercises, push ups are good aswell.

Just remember to combine calisthenics and bodybuilding together they are very good

Calisthenics was always my base. Sets of 300-400 sit ups, pulls ups, push ups, body weight CAT squats.

Powerlifting/bodybuilding always with a full ROM, and stretch for half an hour a day.
Nowadays, I don't do much except pull ups when I go to the playground with my kids and random sets of push ups here and there.

I'm just wondering, is a thick back universally attractive or it's a niche thing? It's definitely never hindered me and my wife finds it attractive. IRL I never see anybody with a strong back, even bodybuilders at the gym often neglect back.
In my opinion, it's an overlooked looksmax to give you that 360 sculpted physique.

Yeah a strong back is attractive, I used to have a average sized back until i started injecting human growth hormone and started lifting and women definitely stare at my upper body more

To be honest with you muscles and all that its mostly genetics even your back muscles, training just adds a bit to it

back is attractive of course and most important if your wife finds it attractive, my father who never trained in his life other than army has huge bone structure and muscles, i cant still beat him in arm wrestling to this day. working out gives you that boost or multiplying, but strength and all that comes mostly from nature thats what i learned. Some people make excess GH even after puberty which gives them bigger bones and muscle gains but biggest side effect is faster death or other conditions like diabetes and so on.

Overall working out and these activites make me too aggressive and this outbursts of energy that i love.
