depends on forward growth and maxillary upswing.

barrett-tier forward growth and maxillary upswing obviously is going to result in an upturned nose due to the natural growth of the face. barrett has extreme forward growth, upturned maxilla, and short midface (clear sign of extreme maxillary upswing) so it makes sense to have an upturned nose

however someone with normal forward growth and maybe a long midface would look better with a straight nose.
