Mass in the back of skull indicative of low testosterone and or poor bone mass?

I've observed a strange thing. Is this simply just autism or am I onto something? Why would the editor make the mass in the back of the skull larger, is this indicative of poor forward growth/low test?

A pronounced occiput is indicative of genetics. However thin neck and low facial depth will exacerbate it.
