Are you sure? Cause ive heard its not that much about force, that the bone benefits more by hits per minute or something like that. I might be wrong tho

Yeah, that's exactly why I say it, but with the massage gun you're going to take way longer, with the hammer it's just 5 minutes per area and done, medium force
