Massai Jumping CRAZY RESULTS!

I stated massai jumping about 1 year ago and I have done close to 250,000 massai jumps according to my tracker app, I click it everytime I do one, but anyways I grew from 5"1.5 (156cm) to 5"2.25 (158cm) which is insane results. I really got to get to work hopefully I can reach 6"2 range, im gonna try to start doing 5000 massai jumps per day, one day I did 3000 and I could feel the bone cracking and grinding which is good because that means I was growing. I did all this at age 29. If you are really motivated to grow taller start massai jumping. Im also hoping I can hit another growth spurt my doctor said its unlikely but I can always hope that ill hit one. Stay tuned for much more results to come!
