massater hypertrophy saved my life

I did it for a few days but as you can see in the 2nd pic my jaw is more flared and wider, I’m at 20% bf in both

It's already wide and defined in the first pic. The difference is most likely angle because a few days sounds like way too short to see any change. Even people who do it long term are probably in for a long road of cope.
