I just realized my masseters hypertrophied (striations appearing through my skin) and the "jaw fold" (indicated with arrows) appearing. I also flex my masseters hard for several seconds from time to time and do kind of a duck face to stretch out my nasiolabial folds. I didn't even do this shit purposely, but maybe it's actually working to get leaner in that area or strentghten some local muscles I guess.
But I've also developed asymmetrical jaw muscles. Does anybody have a way to only train one side?
I got it kind of in front of the mirror, to only flex one side, but it's a pain in the ass.
Also I would never use Mastic gum (I used it before but didn't work as I wasn't doing it regularly) as I already have overdevolepd masseters just from clenching my teeth together, overdeveloped masseters are a big looksmin imo.
