Ive been hard chewing falim gum about every day for a little while to try and improve my side, and I think its making my front look more bloated and round I might just stop until I start taking some sort of gh secretagogue, because i dont want to look like a chip munk and have to get botox to fix it. i think it is a little because im super active because i play a sport and go to the gym and im locked in on my diet, but who knows maybe it will go away
