1. if you don’t have the means to get hard chewing gum (i didn’t either) take like 3+ pieces at a time. gum is a HUGE help and ridiculously cheap
2. check for jaw asymmetry
on any social media app with a filters section search “inverted”. i don’t care how much you hate it, find out which side is less used n chew only on that side until you check one day and it looks equal
3. don’t clench your jaw. sometimes i do it on accident, but it can give you serious TMJ which is nightmarefuel. if you’re eating food, put signif more pressure on your molars and let your masseter rest- basically working out your jaw
