Is chewing on gum/hard foods cope? Is the limit to how much your masseters can grow effectively determined by genetics/bone structure?

If you do manage to get them very chiseled it'll just look weird

no, it won't show much difference though apart from your jaw feeling stronger
Why does masseter botox work so well on some women then? Doesnt the botox relax the muscle effectively doing the opposite of hypertrophy?

It's not cope, just don't overdo it. There's plenty of chewing transformations where there's visible aesthetic improvement.

Because botox causes masseter atrophy so for it to work the muscle must have been hypertrophied in the first place from chewing. Plus I always get mixed responses so im not sure if its worth doing

Chewing gum to train masseter is like flexing arms to train biceps. You need full range of motion and solid concentric and eccentric to do the job

yea no shit?
the function of the masseter is to masticate, what do you think happens when you chew?

i think if u have one side of ur jaw looking sharper than the other u shld do it to even it out.

Yes but for some people like myself with brutal bigonial width, no matter how much I chew nothing seems to change, so idk if im limited by bone structure?
