Guys I think I injured my left masseter by chewing, even though I always took 3 days rest between days I chewed for like 15-20 min, I still somehow managed to pull it.

I think it's a grade 1 strain because no bruising or swelling. What impact could this have on my face? Like my zygos because the muscle connects to it?

Just mew and chew it will fix itself. Chewing won't do much dude. It will just hurt your joints in your face.

Why would I continue to chew if I know that I injured the muscle that is used for chewing? It's like saying keep running marathon with a hamstring injury.

My question is if the injured muscle and stopping chewing will have any impact on my facial bone structure,

Yeah but if I stop chewing my muscle will just atrophy, and if it atrophies what impact will it have on bone structure. Do u get my question now?
