I understand it’s mostly zygos protection yeah, I have hollows but was wondering if larger masseters kinda “obstruct” them or kinda promote them due to more stretched skin.not sure if this answers ur question but this is the best explanation of hollow cheeks i found here (answer from MedMaxxing)

I think any unnatural level of masseter muscles (depends on the person ig) would obstruct it as wellI understand it’s mostly zygos protection yeah, I have hollows but was wondering if larger masseters kinda “obstruct” them or kinda promote them due to more stretched skin.
I’ve read some threads on it also and everyone says contradicting things tbh.
