stressing muscualar tissue also stresses the bone leading to osteoblasts being boosted by upto 300% in one study training the femur through 1-2 minutes of running and jumping.

same can be said for your face even though its periosteal bone, there is anectodal evidence showing chewing will 100% make ur jaw and overall facial bones bigger as prehistorical humans had bigger jaws and also because its working for me a little and it has worked for bojack aswel.

Masseter training makes the muscle bigger. I do not know about ramus lengthening, however, there are studies linking ramus sizes, antegonial notches, to bruxism. Big ramus is correlated with bruxism, where jaw muscles are overdeveloped

Best examples is faceiq. He eats fatty muscle meat which train his jaw a ton, and hence he has a big ramus + antegonial notch

is antegonial notch bad it looks kinda fire

Haha you train masseters all the time :feelsohh::feelsohh:. How do you think you chew? The jaw have atleast 100 newtons of force.
Bigger jaws are correlated with stronger bite force, which is why they are an aesthetic feature. The stronger your bite, the wider the jaw.

Atleast, thats my theory.

No it's a good thing haha. It's when you have some downward growth with a big ramus [downward growth is crucial for facial height]

Almost everyone has it, except people with Perfect CCW.

not rlly in todays diet u eat goyslop soft foods all the time, i eat goyslop foods for carbs for gymceling so its worth it to include in protocl a massetor training chew piece

True, but meat is superior.

This is matias. He had a primal diet from birth [confirmed multiple times, he literally eats brain, which requires generational skill to prepare]

You can see his gonions and ramus are absolutely INSANE. He also, has an antegonial notch. So, meat is superior. But any hard food [nuts, meat] suffice

primal diet needs to be done at birth if ur doing it for facial bones, its better to just get a masseter chew piece

when you're a kid you jaw develops according to the force putt on it if you ate soft food you wouldn't have to chew and your ramus wont have to grow but if you chewed hard food, it would grow because the longer it is the more pressure its able to exert so longer ramus its basic engineering ig but ye i read a study on this hope this helps:love:

i had jaw bone growth from chewing and hgh.

can i chew with my cheekbones to make those grow

Bc they chewed harder from birth (also genetics), if the sutures are fused the jaw gains are there but very small
sutures are fully open if ur in puberty and im in puberty and thats what i was referring to

Yep its def worth a shot, even if theres no bone growth youd still look better if you have a weak jaw right now
