I've been training my masseter muscle. I'll put an image of what I've been using below. I was wondering if it's cope or not and what to
know about it, like sets/rep range.

If you have a bag gonial angle, or a ramus that's kind of short your masseters are usually high set, which means that the bone to muscle attachment is higher up. If you train them and have this, it can make you look bloated and bad, but if you have low-set ones, it's good to train them. Hard gum is usually enough.

clench your jaw and try to see if you have the right insertions
Ramus lenght affect this, if is short u mostly will end like this

His masseters are closer to the higher set than the lower set.

I'm pretty sure I have high-set masseters, I'm just not sure how that could make me bloated.
