Masseter Muscle

There has been debate whether to extensively train this muscle or not
what i'm curious about is why the position of ur jaw determines whether u should train it or not
and how do yk if u should or shouldn't

Masseter training is a waste of time because of the size of the muscle, its motor unit recruitment likely maxes out everyday naturally anyway. It’ll likely grow a near unnoticeable amount if anything.
