If that's Blood, then that mean's the Pulp Chamber is exposed, where the nerve is visible.
Best case scenario: It isn't bad enough for extraction, root canal therapy to remove the dead vessel's and seal it up.
Worst case scenario: Extraction of the teeth, Dental Implant needed which take's month's of recovery.
(Don't fuck around with this, I am being serious, if you puss out of the dentist, then you can get a bone infection which will spread across the entire mandible).
