I trained it for months before getting on gear and wrote it off.
Now im on gear and they have grown substantially it has made me realise how good it is despite alot writing it off for being "cope" and "making u look bloated"
Somewhat a narrow jaw before, now I have a normal lookng jaw width in most lightings.

yeah no shit masseters is a muscle and muscles are trainable

Use the lowest resistance please cause overtime u will shift ur teeth occlusion if u use a chewing device everyday

I use mastic gum, but proof? Im 21 so post puberty.

Knowing that tongue posture can shift teeth overtime despite the low resistance should convince u that maximum Jawliner resistance (to quote one) everyday should not be a good idea

I agree but only at an extremely young age.

it depends on the person I guess if you have a normal bigonial width you won’t really need to train your masseter as you’ll just ruin your bigonial width

I agree but only at an extremely young age.
My teeth occlusion shifted again way past puberty even too i already did an orthodontic treatment with consolidation prior just cause of tongue posture or maybe some strange growth pattern, anyway if I was u i d buy this white device (lowest resistance) on Amazon and use it at most 10 minutes a day maximum

my right one is fucking overblown and makes me look bloated cuz that’s the side I always chewed on for 20+ years

Same thing happened to me. Trust me get 20-25 units of Botox in that side only, gave me hollows

On which gear are you be specific
600 test now, was on 400 for quite a few months and some RAD, but dropped that as i was shedding hair
