how masseters set is def thing, its determined by ramus, to measure it look at urself in mirror from side profile, clench jaw, you can intuitevly tell how masseters are set from cheekbone.

high-set masseters can make your face look fat, bloated and rounded.

IMO high-set masseters can also do that if you dont have bone support.

conclusion:u most likely wont benefit from masseter training.
