I want to start masseter training but I have been oooking around and it can bloat you and not help at all if you have bad insertions. Do I have bad insertions and how do you tell

Just buy stronger gum and use 2 pieces per day for 15 minutes

It only looks worse if u are bloated, but if not u don’t have to worry abt that

Me extremely bloated vs me less bloated with the same angle, if u have big masseters and ur bloated your face will look giant and fat

The lighting also plays a part in this but yeah, being bloated makes big masseters look terrible, here’s an example of a guy I found on TikTok
