and dont say "muh masseter training" or tell me its cope its literally a muscle

for me it was the opposite

high zygos but big massters , looked perma bloated .

Got masster botox and have hollow cheeks rn.

Just get this on amazon. Its hard as a rock at first, so wet it with water under a sink and let it soften in your mouth before you start chewing.
