im training my masseter with falim since 2 or 3 weeks im chewing almost every day is that too much ? im chewing 5 min on each side every day but im scared that i get a bloated face forever .
is 3 or 4 times a week 10 min on each side good ?

If you haven't already, check where your masseter muscle insertion is. If it's higher up, it'll lead to a bloated look if it's lower it'll look good. You should be adding masseter massages to your routine to mitigate the bad side effects. Also, chewing with your premolars separately would help with CCW rotation. Avoid jaw clenching. Your routine should be fine

I’m abt to start training my masseters. My advice tho is I found out you shouldn’t train them if you have high set masseter muscles. Use this pic for reference

If you really end up looking bloated it wont last forever,the masseter works exactly as every other muscle if you stop training it it'll go back to before
