The widest point of my cheekbones is a bit lower than eyes like on the image. Is that low set or high set? And is it worth training masseters?

Yes they are retard
Not really though, the visual effect of high/low cheekbones is mostly created by the projection of the malar eminence , infraorbital margin, and the lateral zygomas. And most importantly the amount of fat that lies over it. Although there is some variation, the actual anatomical height of the zygomaticomaxillary complex is not as important for aesthetics and the visual effect of high cheekbones.
