Masseters and their relation to CW rotation

I just looked at some old pictures from around 5 months ago and realized how my jawline was much better and seemed more projected. In that time, I was using mints instead of gum and was not really focused on making my masseters larger at all. I started seeing TikTok propaganda and honestly fell for it after some chatgpt discussions. Today, I can definitely tell that it has given me CW rotation and somehow made my submandibular glands more swollen (I don’t understand this part because typically the xylitol in the gum I chew would stimulate saliva and therefore not make this a problem) but I think the chewing from that negatively affected my face. Now I kind of feel like a “bloated squirrel” when I look in the mirror. It’s not water retention I’m pretty sure and honestly now I’m convinced that the overuse of masseters messed up my face. I also got braces a month before the time that I took the pictures from 5 months ago, so maybe the braces are just now picking up in the facial area of things. I just need some recommendations on what I should do further on. I definitely will start using mints instead of gum and see what that does

And btw it's all about masseters insertion, check if yours are low set or high set. High set masseters wlll give you the bloated look (or might just be pump)
