How do ik if training them will ruin my face. I heard once over developed it’s hard to go back to before. Is it worth training them?

do it but dont over do it and do u even need a wider fac?

it can actually stimulate mandibular growth so its good most of the time just dont overdo it it doesnt happen overnight so you can tell. take a picture every 4 days from the same angle to tell when you've done enough (very hard to do too much)

you need ccw rotation and a wider face and a rhino
