So far all I k ow is imma cut sugar and sodium for the day drink 400mg of caffeine do cardio and get rid of water retention(potassium, gua sha, jade roller, drink 3+L’s of water, and ice my face) some of these may be cope so I need recommendations(I cant do lipolab I’m broke rn)
