I'm wondering if hairs regrow just after they fall, in the case of Telogen Effluvium?
Or if the hair starts to regrow after a month or more?

Yes, it's mainly caused by stress/deficiency/disease/tyroid/etc.

It's temporary (2-3 months) but the shedding is intense. You can lose until 10 times the hairs you usualy lose.
In my case I always have it in summer, I do not know why.
