I am seventeen and since last year, my wrist has grown from 6.3 to 6.9 inches, due to a 20 pound weight gain. 150-170 pounds
and heavy use of 150-200 pound grip trainers.
I am 6 foot 3 so I have almost no bodyfat, (my ribs are visible)
how large do you think my wrist will be as an oldcel.
